CMS Managed Recruiting Solutions was founded by John Bedsole who has over fifteen years experience in recruiting. Prior to leading CMS Managed Recruiting Solutions, John was President of Communication Management Services where he had many notable accomplishments including the recruitment of "C-level" executives. In the late 90's John began perfecting recruiting processes to ensure speed and quality in large staffing initiatives while working in the corporate world.

Today, with corporations concerned with keeping control of costs, John has again transitioned focus to full Managed Recruiting Solutions and a complete suite of services. According to John, "With recovery in full swing, Sarbanes-Oxley and CEOs under the eye of investors and the SEC, the need for a solution which takes away the uncertainty of recruiting costs is needed. This creates the ideal environment for Managed Recruiting."
